TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of https://myenglishbaby.com and the My English Baby online platform.

The service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Maria Eliseeva, INN 560301028386, OGRNIP 315631300043487, registered address: 13 Ulyanovskaya Street, Samara, 443010, Russian Federation.

1. Service

My English Baby provides access to an online platform with English language courses and video lessons for children.

The customer is the parent or legal guardian who purchases access to the platform. Children may use the platform only under the responsibility and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

 

2. Account and Access

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and keeping account access secure.

Access to the platform may include free trial access, paid course access, video lessons and related materials.

Access is provided for the period and scope described at the time of purchase.

 

3. Payments

Payments may be accepted in EUR, USD, KZT or other currencies shown at checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Robokassa, Prodamus and Lavatop.

Access may be provided after successful payment confirmation.

There are no automatic recurring payments unless explicitly stated at checkout.

 

4. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

The platform provides digital content and online access.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, where you expressly agree to receive immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply after access has been provided.

By purchasing and starting access to the platform, you agree that digital content access may begin immediately and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be lost after access begins, where permitted by applicable law.

 

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests can be sent to meb@myenglishbaby.com.

Refunds may be considered if:

• payment was made by mistake;
• access was not provided due to a technical issue on our side;
• the customer did not start using paid digital content and requests a refund within the applicable withdrawal period;
• another refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds may be refused if:

• access to digital content has already started with the customer’s consent;
• the customer violated these Terms;
• the issue is caused by the customer’s device, internet connection or third-party software.

This Refund Policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• having a suitable device and internet connection;
• supervising the child’s use of the platform;
• ensuring that login details are not shared with third parties;
• using Telegram, WhatsApp or other communication tools responsibly;
• checking course compatibility before purchase where trial access is available.

 

7. Restrictions

You must not:

• share, resell or transfer platform access to third parties;
• copy, distribute, record, publish or reproduce course materials without permission;
• upload malicious code or interfere with the platform;
• use the platform for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users.

All course materials, videos, texts, images, designs and platform content are protected by intellectual property rights.

 

8. Video Lessons and Third-Party Tools

The platform may include embedded video lessons and third-party tools or services. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

 

9. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues or technical failures.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for issues caused by the customer’s internet connection, device, browser, software, payment provider, messenger service or third-party platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

 

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

 

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on the website.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
